Hidden Gem I have dealt with quite a few dealerships in my car ownership lifetime. The thing I can't stand the most is when someone tries to upsell me something I have dealt with quite a few dealerships in my car ownership lifetime. The thing I can't stand the most is when someone tries to upsell me something I don't need. I understand the need to make money, but my father was a service writer for twenty years so I know the tactics. I recently had issues with another local dealership and was referred by a friend from the hospital we work at to check out Royal Moore. It has been a night and day experience. I was actually able to speak with a service writer right away and ask some questions that helped me schedule my service. They helped me out with a free rental and 100 miles of gas, which I wasn't able to burn up in a day. Everybody was friendly, helpful, and even joking in good spirits. When my service and diagnostic were done, there was no bs sales pitch and they really helped me out on the price. I read all the reviews before going here and saw a couple negatives, but as an unbiased, hardworking, single father and front line healthcare worker, this place is a solid option for care on your Toyota. I even lost my house keys in the rental and Amy and Veronica helped get them back to me. Thank you to Scott and George for taking care of my truck needs and keeping my family safe on the road. I am very appreciative and grateful for all the great work you folks are doing out there. Keep it up! More

Employees were friendly and courteous. An estimate was provided to install custom fit seat covers that I purchased from Precision Fit. As soon as it was recognized that the covers did not fit they discuss provided to install custom fit seat covers that I purchased from Precision Fit. As soon as it was recognized that the covers did not fit they discussed the issue with me so I could determine if I wanted them to proceed. They assisted me in taking pictures so I can file a claim with Precision Fit. I had them remove the portions of the seat covers that my husband & I had installed. They were helpful & discussed options with me. More
