I had my 18 year old Highlander in for service as the dreaded "check engine" light came on. Turned out the repair would be an overnight job and I was given a very nice loaner car. Scott Howard was very knowledgeable and patient (I ask a lot of questions) and kept me updated throughout the 2 days when the minor repair job turned into a more major one. This was my first experience with Royal Moore Toyota and the whole process, from making the appointment to the return of my repaired SUV, was handled smoothly and professionally and everyone was super friendly. It was much appreciated. For those concerned, COVID-19 safeguards were observed. More
