I have been coming to Royal Moore Toyota for over 20 years. I had a belt that was replaced recently that needed adjustment which was done quickly and efficiently following virus protocols. I was met by a masked employee for check-in, dealt with another masked employee to describe the issue (he was behind a shield), had a comfortable place to wait outside and was pleased to see that same employee wipe down touch surfaces on my vehicle when it was returned. I do need to mention that several other employees in the check-in area were wearing masks around their chins... disappointing and the reason for 4 stars not 5. More
