Mark Smith was a great guy who took me through the process, slowly, explaining all details with patience, and providing valuable guidance throughput. When I told him that I needed to get my desired car color and trim level within 2-3 days, he went out of the way to ensure the car was delivered to their lot on time. He even stayed up late to give me a confirmation call that the car had arrived and it was good to be sold the next morning (4th of July!!). Also, the test drives (with Michael) were fantastic. Both of them explained in detail the features in all Camry versions and I learnt a lot from them which helped me in making my final decision to go for the XLE. Strongly Recommend if you are looking for a Toyota!! More

Michael was pleasant and personable, not pushy or high pressured. He knew for me it was a huge purchase and I appreciated the respect. The car he found for me was just what I needed.
