I have taken some time to read your reviews that are posted online about what occurred with our sales person here at Royal Moore regarding the Tacoma you were going to buy. I discovered that we missed the attachment on the accessories you had requested to be included on the original offer. We are sorry that we missed this and it sounds like we tried to offer the accessories at our cost but that you had found a better over all deal on your next Tacoma. Hi Nate, The accessories were requested verbally, in email and in the attachment. I was also not offered the accessories at cost. No one on the sales floor bothered to price out the accessories. Capitol Toyota was able to offer me the Tacoma I wanted, with the accessories for a price less than Royal Moore had offered. I chose instead to purchase a new Ford F150 with options similar to the Limited Tacoma for the same price. It is very disappointing that the Royal Moore Toyota staff does not conduct business at the same level as the Subaru staff. We had no complaints when we bought our Crosstrek in 2013. The Ford dealer in McMinnville has been reliable for many years and many vehicle purchases. We will continue to do business with them and will no longer do business with Royal Moore.
