Now we are in the market for another Toyota I test drove and liked a leftover 2012 Camry LE. Came back with my family the next day. Told the salesperson (who was great) that I would like their best price on it because I knew what I could get the 2013 version for elsewhere. Sales person assured me they were ready to move the 2012's out to make room for the 2013's and were willing to deal. The sales manager came back with a price on the 2012 that was almost $2K more than the bid I got on the 2013 from another local dealer. When I told him this he got defensive, said 'well I tried,' and actually stomped off like a spoiled child. I was in shock, my wife was in shock, and the original sales person was in shock. I will never do any more business at Royal Moore. More

Manager was to busy moving cars around on what they called Rodeo Day to even come talk prices on cars. Salesmen asked us to come back later when things were not so busy. This dealership is awesome. I went in to see a Toyota Tundra because my wife thought it would compare to the F150 I was planning to buy (I have always been a ford guy). When I got there, I was so impressed with the tundra, I bought it that night (although I didn't drive it home because they had to order the one in the color I wanted). I do have to say I was a little nervous about how young the salesman was, but he turned out to be very knowledgeable, and when we got inside it felt as though everyone in the dealership came together to make sure I got the best deal possible. The staff was all really friendly, and I got a great family vibe. Also, when the truck came in the salesman came by to pick me up so I could drive the new truck home ( I dont live far from the dealer, but it was a nice gesture). This is by far the best buying experience I have ever had, and would recommend them to anyone, (even stubborn old ford guys like me). More
My Husband and I were looking for a new car. We felt like we could trust Royal Moore, but in the end we were taken advantage of. They lied to us about several small details, then one large one. We were told we had a few thousand dollars of negative equity. We agreed and gave our ok to charge that additional amount on the new loan. The problem is they charged us 3 thousand dollars over Retail Kelly Blue Book, then added the negative equity. They also added a "Theft code" product that we made clear we did not want. They don't care. They have no problem lying to you, and they have no problem charging you well over market value. I thought I could trust these people but in the end they took advantage of me. I am a 37 year old Female and I am embarrassed over what they did to me. I will never purchase anything from them again. I hope you do not either. More
Bought a new Prius through Jason, the online sales expert. The price was great, the include 20 year 200,000 mile powertrain warranty a real benefit, but it was the lengths they went to get us the car expert. Came in to get our Tundra serviced. Had a coupon card that said no appointments required until 1pm on Saturdays. Arrived at 12:20. Right when I walked in I hear one of the service guys say, "here we go a that said no appointments required until 1pm on Saturdays. Arrived at 12:20. Right when I walked in I hear one of the service guys say, "here we go again". Then the 2nd guy states, "Hey guys...we are not taking anymore cars today". I ask why not and that the card clearly states until 1pm on Saturdays and that also the card states, "No gimmicks, no hype, just a simple offer to encourage you to visit our service and parts departments". He just says sorry...no more cars today. So me and my wife, who followed me there in another car so that we could just drop the truck off, had to turn around and go home. So in short I was not encouraged to visit Royal Moore's service department ever again nor will I ever buy a car from them (we have bought 3 in the last 5 years from another dealership). Also a few of the good reviews that you see here from others are not legit. They were posted by salesmen posing as customers...I know this for a fact. Royal Moore is one of those old school dealerships who still practice shady and unscrupulous tactics. I thought that maybe their service department would be different since it's not being overseen by sales people...I was so wrong. Avoid Royal Moore at all costs. More

Thank God I gave them the spare and not my whole key chain. So I ended up driving away. They even spent a few minutes trying to find it but no luck. I didn't think dealerships pulled that one anymore. More
The best thing I can say about Royal Moore is the sleazy tactics and lack of integrity they displayed when they goofed up in negotiating a price drove us away. Asking me if I was going to pay tax since I live in another state, when we'd already established TT&L was included in my OTD price is going to send me out the door, never to return. Saying "I didn't know you lived in that state!" is no excuse when you have a credit application with my name, address and phone number, all of which make it clear I live in another state. If you make a mistake, take ownership, and I'll hang around to renegotiate the deal. Insult me when you make a mistake, and I'm gone, and there will be no second chances. Lucky for me, I wound up at Dick Hannah Kia, where Emir Filipovic and John Pelley and Jeff Salisbury were absolutely fantastic. They have more integrity there than I've ever seen in the car business. Do your research and they will treat you well. If they make a mistake (not likely) they will take responsibility for it and make it right (guaranteed). More
