Our all around experience with Royal Moore Toyota was FANTASTIC! I had gone on a test drive on 7/22/13 with Mark but informed him I wouldn't be buying . . . just seeing if I liked it well enough for my FANTASTIC! A couple of days later I returned with my husband for a test drive. Mark was busy so Rick Martin came out and showed us all the fantastic features of the Rav4. He was the most informative salesman that I have EVER worked with. He told us how the cover in the back was used, and could be stored away. Rick took both my husband and I out for his test drive and answered all of our questions. We both liked him and his friendly, helpful attitude. As we pulled back into the lot, I told Rick I was feeling bad that we weren't going to be able to buy it from Royal Moore, because we were going to have to buy it from Broadway Toyota in Portland, since we were buying it(On the Costco Auto Plan). Online, it said the dealership we had to deal with, was Broadway Toyota in Portland. To our delight, Rick informed us NO PROBLEM . . . Royal Moore ALSO honored the Costco Auto buying plan, plus a 20 year/2000,000 mi. guarantee. That cinched it; we were ready to write the check. Once inside we were introduced to Ezra, their outgoing sales manager. We signed a few papers and they said that it would take until the next day to take delivery, since they didn't have the color I chose on the lot. The next day we returned to the dealership and were taken back and introduced to the nice gentleman, Howard. He does the final closing paperwork. Howard was very nice,and explained every detail. (He should get an award for aftermarket "extras" sales). He was helpful and explained the advantages of everything he sold us (with no pressure I might add). That was nice for a change! I would recommend Royal Moore Toyota to anyone and have already done so! About a week after getting my Rav4, I saw a man really looking over my car. He and his wife said that they had driven one and were trying to decide if they wanted the Rav4 or the Subaru Forrester. I gave him one of my salesman's cards and told him why I chose it over both the Honda CRV and the Forrester, but that he couldn't go wrong dealing with Royal Moore. More

Sales person was GREAT, he had us sold on a beautiful new Tacoma.....Then the "sales manager- Ezra" came in to close the deal, BIG mistake! I have had a couple of Toyotas serviced there over the past 5 years and have always been impressed with their service department. Now we are in the market for another Toyota I test drove and liked a left past 5 years and have always been impressed with their service department. Now we are in the market for another Toyota I test drove and liked a leftover 2012 Camry LE. Came back with my family the next day. Told the salesperson (who was great) that I would like their best price on it because I knew what I could get the 2013 version for elsewhere. Sales person assured me they were ready to move the 2012's out to make room for the 2013's and were willing to deal. The sales manager came back with a price on the 2012 that was almost $2K more than the bid I got on the 2013 from another local dealer. When I told him this he got defensive, said 'well I tried,' and actually stomped off like a spoiled child. I was in shock, my wife was in shock, and the original sales person was in shock. I will never do any more business at Royal Moore. More

Manager was to busy moving cars around on what they called Rodeo Day to even come talk prices on cars. Salesmen asked us to come back later when things were not so busy. This dealership is awesome. I went in to see a Toyota Tundra because my wife thought it would compare to the F150 I was planning to buy (I have always been a ford guy). When I got there, I was so impress Tundra because my wife thought it would compare to the F150 I was planning to buy (I have always been a ford guy). When I got there, I was so impressed with the tundra, I bought it that night (although I didn't drive it home because they had to order the one in the color I wanted). I do have to say I was a little nervous about how young the salesman was, but he turned out to be very knowledgeable, and when we got inside it felt as though everyone in the dealership came together to make sure I got the best deal possible. The staff was all really friendly, and I got a great family vibe. Also, when the truck came in the salesman came by to pick me up so I could drive the new truck home ( I dont live far from the dealer, but it was a nice gesture). This is by far the best buying experience I have ever had, and would recommend them to anyone, (even stubborn old ford guys like me). More

My Husband and I were looking for a new car. We felt like we could trust Royal Moore, but in the end we were taken advantage of. They lied to us about several small details, then one large one. We were told we had a few thousand dollars of negative equity. We agreed and gave our ok to charge that additional amount on the new loan. The problem is they charged us 3 thousand dollars over Retail Kelly Blue Book, then added the negative equity. They also added a "Theft code" product that we made clear we did not want. They don't care. They have no problem lying to you, and they have no problem charging you well over market value. I thought I could trust these people but in the end they took advantage of me. I am a 37 year old Female and I am embarrassed over what they did to me. I will never purchase anything from them again. I hope you do not either. More
