Best Customer Service Ever I went in on Labor Day after going to Ron Tonkin and Broadway and searching on the Internet. I was tired of all the sales pitches. I was initially greeted and helped by a sales associate who ended up being a complete condescending jerk who brushed me off as soon as we got back to the lot from a test drive. I was handed off and greeted by Jessie Polk, who ended up being the most nicest sales associate. He provided me with all the information I needed about the Prius V2 I needed. A couple hours later, I drove off the lot with my new Prius V. I was very happy about the price as it was the lowest compared to everyone else's. Jessie was awesome. I commend him for recuperating a disasterous buying experience to a very pleasant one. More
