Told me the advertised price was the sales manager's mistake, but they were going to give it to me anyway. Last but not least and for the love of God this isn't a joke. Lost my car key. Thank God I gave them the spare and not my whole key chain. So I ended up driving away. They even spent a few minutes trying to find it but no luck. I didn't think dealerships pulled that one anymore. More

The best thing I can say about Royal Moore is the sleazy tactics and lack of integrity they displayed when they goofed up in negotiating a price drove us away. "I'm sorry, I misunderstood" would have kept u tactics and lack of integrity they displayed when they goofed up in negotiating a price drove us away. "I'm sorry, I misunderstood" would have kept us at the table negotiating. Asking me if I was going to pay tax since I live in another state, when we'd already established TT&L was included in my OTD price is going to send me out the door, never to return. Saying "I didn't know you lived in that state!" is no excuse when you have a credit application with my name, address and phone number, all of which make it clear I live in another state. If you make a mistake, take ownership, and I'll hang around to renegotiate the deal. Insult me when you make a mistake, and I'm gone, and there will be no second chances. Lucky for me, I wound up at Dick Hannah Kia, where Emir Filipovic and John Pelley and Jeff Salisbury were absolutely fantastic. They have more integrity there than I've ever seen in the car business. Do your research and they will treat you well. If they make a mistake (not likely) they will take responsibility for it and make it right (guaranteed). More

Awful customer service & tricky sales tactics. They changed the price from one minute to the next. One sales person said one thing, another sales person said something entirely different. I would highly encourage consumers not to walk but to run away from this place! More

Unfortunately they didn't have the car I was looking for. They did at least put a great effort into finding one though and were apologetic even if it wasn't their fault they didn't have one. Their customer service and product knowledge was exceptional. They were able to answer every question I threw at them accurately. They tried to show me other similar cars without being pushy. They did have a great selection of other vehicles but I had my heart set on the 09 Corolla S which seems to be a hot commodity right now. They were all very helpful and friendly and family oriented. I will definitely go back to them in the future. More
