The car buying experience was awesome. The service dept not so good. I had to bring my car back in so they can add the clear coat and other services which I had an appointment for. The first gal thought I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I told her that I just bought the car and she finally found my appointment. Then she took me over to the other gal, I think her name was Dina, to get my loaner car. The gal was not very professional, told the other worker that she had to finish a bunch of paperwork so she can get out of there on time. The first gal had me sit in the waiting area. I waited there for 20 minutes while the lady was making small talk with her co-worker. It was very frustrating considering it was now almost 5:30 at night. I drove an hour and a half to get there. More
