SERVICE THERE FOR OVER THREE YEARS. WHEN MY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ENDED. I DECIDED TO TAKE MY 2016 SUBARU TO MEINEKE THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR THERE SAID MY SUBARU WAS WAY OUT OF ALIME WHEN MY MAINTENANCE CONTRACT ENDED. I DECIDED TO TAKE MY 2016 SUBARU TO MEINEKE THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR THERE SAID MY SUBARU WAS WAY OUT OF ALIMENT. I SAID TO HIM HOW COULD THAT BE I HAVE BEEN TAKEN IT TO ROYAL MMOORE SUBARU FOR OVER THREE YEARS AND I HAVE ALL THE MAINTENANCE DOCUMENTATION AND THE SERVICE CENTER NEVER SAID THERE WAS ANYTHING WRONG. I CALLED JEFF THE SERVICE MANGER AND HE ASK ME TO BRING THE CAR AND PAPER WORK OUT SO HE COULD CHECK IT THAT WAS A WAIST OF TIME HE DID NOT AGREE WITH THE FINDINGS. I SAID OF COURSE YOU DON'T IT'S JUST ANOTHER CUSTOMER THEY RIPED OFF. More

My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal serv Apparently they tend to take advantage of less than knowledgeable customers. My 78 year old mother in law took her 2008 Legacy in for it's normal service at 120,000 miles. She had no complaints with the vehicle, she just knew it had reached the requisite mileage. She ended up with a $2500 service bill for a car that's not even worth $1500. Some service adviser just made his month. More
