Very shady The purchase was OK, no negotiations, they have a one price kind of deal. Price was fair though. Took it in for my first service though and was told that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire, that the tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced right away. Very insistent that I get it replaced right away. I get all my tire work done at a tire store near there and took it there instead. I was all prepared to buy a new tire but when I took it in to my tire shop they laughed. They took me outside and showed me a screw that was in the tread, no where near the sidewall. They said it was a very easy repair, which they did in a few minutes for free. Concerned, I went back to Royal Moore Subaru to let the Manager know what happened as I felt sort of ripped off. First, I was told that there are no General Managers at Royal Moore, everyone is,pretty much left on their own. I was told that the only manager was the owner and that the owner didn't show up around there much. I was told there was no service manager but there was a guy who was sort of in charge of service and I could talk to him. Really, I don't make this up, that is exactly what I was told. So this guy comes out and says hi. He doesn't have an office or anything so we have to talk in the showroom. I tell him what happened. He,says it's not their fault because they are not a tire shop and can't fix all tire repairs and then he tells me that he is sure that the nail was "very close" to the sidewall, even though he never saw it. So I just gave up and left once I understood that no one there cared at all. More
oil change fast service done in less the 45 minuets. Cost of service much to high.. bad service department I have been a customer for this company for ~ 4 years. I bought my car there and usually take my car there for 3-4 times a year for regular mainentanc I have been a customer for this company for ~ 4 years. I bought my car there and usually take my car there for 3-4 times a year for regular mainentance and any major work needed. I took my to CARR Nissan. I've realized that Royal Moore has been misleading me about their service and gives me falfisied documents about the state of my car. CARR Nissan told me that fluids in my car have not been attended for years. They are heavily discolored and levels are close to minimum levels. The worst part is that I've taken my car to Royal Moore only about 1 month ago and I only drive residential. There is no way my car can endure such big changes within ~ 1 month. Royal Moore technicians clearly did not do any work and created the falsified documents without any work done. I highly recommend being alert to this company's practices during and after the sale. If you want to have problem-free experience, please take your time and look for somewhere else. My car probably lost value due to missed maintenance and this company's bad practices. More

Outstanding Customer Service I am writing this because my experience with Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, OR was truly outside of my prior experience in dealing with the "after t I am writing this because my experience with Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, OR was truly outside of my prior experience in dealing with the "after the sale" divisions at car dealers. Even though I had bought my new Subaru, my very first, at another dealership, when I called to inquire about title and registration, I received exceptional service. I called KIM ARMSTRONG who is the Title Clerk at Royal Moore. Not only did she answer my phone call on the first ring, when I outlined my problem, she was helpful, cheerful and very well informed. She sent me the forms that I needed along with a stamped envelope to the DMV right away. I just cannot tell you how very impressed I am with Kim's performance at Royal Moore. Based solely on her actions, I will buy our next car at Royal Moore as well as recommend them to our friends. Good Show! More
