I made an express lube appointment (with this rotation) and was advised it would take 1-1 1/4 hours. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in and was there for over 2 hours total. Frustrating to waste my tim and was advised it would take 1-1 1/4 hours. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in and was there for over 2 hours total. Frustrating to waste my time for a simple service with an appointment. The staff was very polite and waiting room comfortable. I'm grateful to have packed plenty of work to occupy my time. More

We purchased a 2017 Outback at Royal Moore almost 3 years ago. That experience was outstanding - unlike any other dealership. Even so, where they really stand apart is in the service department. I cannot even put into words how much we appreciate the exceptional treatment we have always received from Royal Moore, and in particular from Sacramento Torres. He has been so helpful, friendly, informative, and honest with us in every dealing we have had with him. We are in such good hands with Sacramento as our service advisor and he makes the 3 hr round trip drive worth it. We choose to go back to Royal Moore, even though there is a local dealer in Longview just minutes away from our home. Sacramento is that reason. More

Excellent service I was about 10 minutes early for my appointment. When I pulled in the parking lot, Sacramento met be at my car - before I even got out!
