The new service area is very nice . We brought both our cars in for service . Sacramento Torres was our service advisor ,He was great kept us updated. My car needed a lot more than expected 1100.00 more cars in for service . Sacramento Torres was our service advisor ,He was great kept us updated. I bought my first of three Subarus at Royal Moore - way back in 2002! This dealership is honest to a fault! I have never been pressured into repairs when I come in for regular maintenance. If anything, back in 2002! This dealership is honest to a fault! I have never been pressured into repairs when I come in for regular maintenance. If anything, they usually tell me that something needs to be watched and that it will be checked at the next oil change. This information gives me a chance to prepare for some of those bigger expenses. Reese is my "go to" service person - please don't let him go! My Outback only has 162,000 miles on it right now and I'm looking forward to seeing 200,000 on this 2010!. I also love that I get coupons for service by email. More

We came in because another dealer would not provide warranty service for our 2020 Forester. They lied about repairing the problems. You folks were much more honest and pointed out that the problems ar warranty service for our 2020 Forester. They lied about repairing the problems. You folks were much more honest and pointed out that the problems are built in by Subaru. Since the first (selling) dealer pretty much dared us to sue them, we will not return there. We still wish the vehicle were repairable, but but since it drives OK, we will keep it for a while longer. Doubtful at this point that we will but another one tho. This was our second Subaru. For a company that used to be "run by engineers" it's sad to see that they were mostly replaced by marketers. You service people are very good, it's that vehicle that is badly flawed. More
