Wow the new service area is something you all should be very proud of. It is nice to be out of the weather, and to be met with a service rep. This Jonathan we very pleasant, and friendly as well. This cracked me up too. I told my wife how nice this whole process was and how I wished this kinda of thing would have been happening when I was selling Fords.
