We made three visits in the course of purchasing our Outback. Once to look, second to order, and third to pick-up. How smooth and straight forward is that. Throughout the process Greg was very patient, accommodating, and knowledgable. There were many decisions to make at the time of ordering and the purchase transaction. Greg smoothly guided us through the process giving us just enough information so we were confident in making an informed decision. We never felt coerced or pressured in any way. The test drive just before we finished the paperwork was also appreciated. It just reaffirmed out decision to purchase our Outback. Jason was great too. Put us at ease as we signed all those important papers. More

Compared to other interactions we've had with different dealerships, this was a very straight forward and respectful process. Greg went the distance in making sure we were comfortable and acquainted with our new Subaru before leaving the lot. Time will tell if the lifetime power-train warranty is a legit or not, but for now that warranty and a competitive price helped Royal Moore stand out....the two free season passes to Mt. Hood didn't hurt either! More
Worst Customer Service I've had the worst experience with purchasing my car from Royal Moore. To start, the first salesman left me for over 40 minutes after having me take a I've had the worst experience with purchasing my car from Royal Moore. To start, the first salesman left me for over 40 minutes after having me take a test drive, alone. Multiple salesmen walked past me while I stood outside waiting to let someone know I was interested in purchasing the car. I, then, sought someone out to initiate the conversation that I wanted to make a purchase and hadn't been helped. Once someone was able to help me, it took 12 hours to finalize the sale of the vehicle. I sat around and waited all evening, attempting to stay positive, while other customers were helped who hadn't been in the dealership before me. When I finally signed paperwork, it was after 11pm and I still had an hour's drive home. Because it took so long, I wasn't even provided with all the copies of the keys I purchased with my car. To date, I've yet to receive the additional keys. It's been 23 days since the sale of my car. Since signing my paperwork, it has taken the dealership 23 days and counting, this issue is still not resolved, to finalize the sale of the car and provide me the paperwork to pick up my license plates. I have had to buy 2 additional trip permits, at my cost, in order to drive my car. I am now no longer able to purchase another trip permit and cannot drive my car because this issue cannot be resolved. Every time I call, I'm passed around the finance department and not provided any answers. My voicemails go unreturned. The general manager is little help. The best anyone can provide is a "I'm really sorry." Sorry doesn't allow me to operate my car, instead I'm now relying on others to help make sure I can get to work, run errands, and manage all other day to day tasks that so many people rely on their cars to do. I would give zero stars if it were possible. This has been the worst car buying experience, I didn't know I could experience such poor customer service. From the start, it's been horrible. Do not buy a car here. More

After an unsatisfactory time at Carr Subaru where we felt like just another number, we decided to drive down the road to check out Royal Moore and I am so glad we did. Unlike Carr, there was no pressure or time crunch. Although we were primarily working with Brandon, on Brandon's day off, we were able to meet with Greg without an appointment. Greg was able to find the car we were looking for and have it delivered to Royal Moore same day. He was knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had regarding Subarus, Highly recommend this dealership! More

New Subaru purchase, This was the best car purchase of any sort that we have experienced in our 40+ years of marriage. I was delighted with the knowledge of the sales person. He was able to answer all our questions, and as a retired licensed engineer, I had lots of questions. Greg a pleasure as he never pressured us at any point, even though I visited the dealer months before our actual purchase, and then drove cars on 3 separate occasions. After both my wife and I drove the Outback, we explained that we had other brands to drive, and then wanted to go home and decide. Greg was very easy going and told us to take all the time we needed. He didn't try to "sell today" or ask what else we were looking at so he could run those brands into the ground. Basically he let the car sell itself supplemented with his good nature and expert knowledge. What a pleasure that was! When it came to price, I asked for a number and he had one prepared. I had done my research and knew the number was good, so there was no haggling. Also, he didn't try to pressure us into the theft insurance or extended warranty. I have always resented that approach from other dealers. Greg has also followed up to make sure everything is okay and offered any further help we need. It has been a wonderful experience. Don't let anyone change his approach and salesmanship!! More

In 2009 I had purchased a vehicle from them and had a pleasant experience. this time around, I worked with Brandon Kang, and ended up ordering a WRX from Subaru. Throughout the entire experience, Brandon was very informative, always available to answer my questions, and was always straight forward and honest. I am very happy with the price I paid and the purchasing process was smooth. It was well worth traveling the distance for this level of service and would not hesitate to work with Brandon and Royal Moore again in the future. My trade in experience I purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback from Greg at Royal Moore a few years ago. I drive a lot for work so I quickly put almost 50,000 miles on my car I purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback from Greg at Royal Moore a few years ago. I drive a lot for work so I quickly put almost 50,000 miles on my car. When checking the Subaru.com website, I noted that my car had a guaranteed trade in value. I had that thought in the back of my mind when I received an email from Greg, telling me that I might be able to trade in my car for a similar 2014 model and keep my monthly payments at about the same amount as I was paying on my 2012. It was a pretty low key email and if I wasn't already thinking about this, I would have ignored it. Instead, I replied and told Greg that I was looking for car with specifications as close to my 2012 model as possible. He replied quickly with some options and provided follow up information when I asked. I stopped by and drove the 2014 and liked it, but was not certain about the color and not 100% certain about doing a trade. I told him I would think about it for a few days and get back to him. He was fine with that - no pressure. After 3 days of consideration, I emailed Greg and told him which car I wanted. He had the car, put it on hold and I was able to schedule a time to stop by and make the purchase. It was quite simple. Greg made the process very simple and I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. I would definitely recommend him to others. Also, I had all the routine maintenance for my 2012 done at Royal Moore and plan to do the same with my 2014. The service department does a great job. More
