zero customer service I would go anywhere else. We were fortunate to get a VIP pass on price from a family member so we kind of had to go there for the good price. we order I would go anywhere else. We were fortunate to get a VIP pass on price from a family member so we kind of had to go there for the good price. we ordered a new ascent. My sales person name was Jeff Anderson. The salesperson took the basic information, called me later at home to get a few more options settled out. I never did get a final price from them at that time. After more than 2 months of not hearing anything from them, I called to see when my car was coming in. They told me Aug 21st. At that time I asked them , "how about giving me the price? I hadn't gotten one." I got the price, remember I got VIP pricing which is below dealer cost. When we went to look at the car, it already had a chip in the paint, dirt inside the car, and sunscreen or something on the seats. We ordered a car so it wouldn't be used as a demo, or have people mess it up. They said they would fix the paint and get the car cleaned. After doing some paperwork inside, the salesperson said they had the car cleaned, and they would get someone to fix the paint the next day. (update: did a half xxx job on the repair) So we went to look at the car one more time, opened the door and the inside had dirt all over the seats. I asked him when they were going to clean the car, he said they already had, I pointed out all the dirt, he said "nothing". we were going through some of the features of the car when he got a call, so he stopped talking with us to take a personal phone call. When we talked with the sales manager Don Lilly, he showed us some pricing sheets of the car to show us what a good deal we were getting, he flashed us the sheets saying you've already seen these. We said no, you guys never gave us anything on price, just over the phone when I called, earlier in the week. Both Jeff and Don didn't even react when I confronted them on the poor communication and the service we were getting. It appears that this type of treatment is par for the course. They do business the "OLD" fashion way, talk to several different sales people, try the hard sell on options, warrenties, and other addons. Remember we ordered the car, we were there for over 2 1/2 hours with an appointment, and still walked out without a car. If you want poor service, no information, and get the hard sell on crap you don't want. I wouldn't trust anything these guys say. We are taking the car because of the pricing, we plan on having our car serviced in Wilsonville (we live in Hillsboro) because I wouldn't want these bozo's to touch my car, They can't clean it right, I would never let them touch a nut or bolt on this thing, they probably would put it back together right. I would go to try another place, anywhere else would be better. More

Lack of follow through and taking responsibility I came in for an oil change and scheduled service. Was told that I needed new tired and parts were bald. My car has 20,000 miles and I bought it there I came in for an oil change and scheduled service. Was told that I needed new tired and parts were bald. My car has 20,000 miles and I bought it there less than 2 years ago. During my last service, the tires were rated 10’s and 9’s. The Asst manager said he would get back to me with a cost for tires. Never did. I called and let him know that I bought new tires as we were heading on a long road trip to Canada within the week. i let him know that he overcharged me and that the tires were never rotated in any of the services. He apologized and said he would send me a check. The head manager called and I voiced my concerns and he said he would get back to me in a few days after reviewing my file. No check. No phone call. Therefore, I will NOT buy my next Subaru which I will do within 6-9 months from Royal Moore. Service is everything after the sale. The sales person, Brandon, was great to deal with. If there is no support after the sale, it is not the place to buy a car. More

He was very knowledge about Subaru cars and went above and beyond by finding out every little detail that I wanted to know about leasing and financing. He's a very relaxed guy which was nice because like most salemen I feel pressured but he wanted to make sure it was the right car and fit for my lifestyle. Also another honorable mention would be Don he was very sweet and patient when I was deciding which finance packages and tried everything he could to make sure everything worked out.
