This was my second time making a purchase at Royal Moore Subaru and I will definitely come back for a third. My first interaction on this transaction was on the phone with Emmylea. She was incredibly helpful and cheerful and answered all of my questions. Luis walked with me to check out several vehicles and was very informative. We had a good amount of time to talk and he was open, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I called him a day later with a few questions and he couldn't have been nicer. I then worked with Derek on the finance side. He was great and answered all of my questions. There was no pushing to upsell me on add-ons and he understood that I was in a bit of a hurry to get to work. Finally, I had started my day in the service department with Delaney. She was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She was so friendly and welcoming. You guys have a great team. More

Greg and Chris were incredibly helpful throughout the buying process. They found the car I wanted and allowed me to hold it while we were closing on our house. And since this was all done during the buying process. They found the car I wanted and allowed me to hold it while we were closing on our house. And since this was all done during the Covid pandemic, well it was a great process. They did a ton of stuff over the phone and when we had to finalize things in person, they kept everything incredibly clean! They even wiped down our pens for us! More

He prides himself on making car buying fun and he does just that! I shopped around at local dealerships for a few weeks before talking to Clint. The initial quote Clint provided was a much better deal than anything I'd haggled to get from the other dealerships. I never even had to bring up what other's had quoted. Clint was not interested in what other dealerships were doing instead on simply providing the best buying experience for his customer. I walked away with a car that I love and not an ounce of buyers remorse. If you want an overall great buying experience, I highly recommend Clint and the entire crew at Royal Moore. More

A real, human experience. I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport from Royal Moore. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was very intimidated and tu I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport from Royal Moore. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was very intimidated and turned off by the general stigma of salesmen being 'sleezy' and 'untrustworthy.' I had done a lot of research of my own and knew going into it the type of deal I felt comfortable making. Luis worked with me and helped me get what I wanted; he didn't try and push anything on me or 'upsell' me to something different. He was very communicative and responsive. When I arrived at the dealership to do the trade in deal he spent over an hour going through every aspect of the vehicle and walking me through all the features. He made me feel very comfortable during this process and I am very grateful for this. Thank you, Luis :) The drive down from Seattle was definitely worth this experience. More
