Wow the new service area is something you all should be very proud of. It is nice to be out of the weather, and to be met with a service rep. Especially Heidi, and Jonathan the service writers. While we were waiting for the car to be finished another young man, also named Jonathan, came in from sales and gave us a printout of an estimate. This Jonathan we very pleasant, and friendly as well. This cracked me up too. I told my wife how nice this whole process was and how I wished this kinda of thing would have been happening when I was selling Fords. I'm 70 years-old and if I need another car it will be a Subaru and it will come from you guys. More
