Hassle-free, no stress purchase I purchased a 2014 Subaru Legacy. Greg was our dealer. We had gotten the contact from Costco. I had spent quite a bit of time speaking to many dealers I purchased a 2014 Subaru Legacy. Greg was our dealer. We had gotten the contact from Costco. I had spent quite a bit of time speaking to many dealers before coming to Greg. I must say that he is the most chilled, and relaxed salesman I have worked with --- everything was can-do, the price was negotiated to a point where there was no questions. He didn't push me to buy immediately like others did. Definitely recommend the good people of Royal Moore... good job ... Cheers !! More
My trade in experience I purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback from Greg at Royal Moore a few years ago. I drive a lot for work so I quickly put almost 50,000 miles on my car I purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback from Greg at Royal Moore a few years ago. I drive a lot for work so I quickly put almost 50,000 miles on my car. When checking the Subaru.com website, I noted that my car had a guaranteed trade in value. I had that thought in the back of my mind when I received an email from Greg, telling me that I might be able to trade in my car for a similar 2014 model and keep my monthly payments at about the same amount as I was paying on my 2012. It was a pretty low key email and if I wasn't already thinking about this, I would have ignored it. Instead, I replied and told Greg that I was looking for car with specifications as close to my 2012 model as possible. He replied quickly with some options and provided follow up information when I asked. I stopped by and drove the 2014 and liked it, but was not certain about the color and not 100% certain about doing a trade. I told him I would think about it for a few days and get back to him. He was fine with that - no pressure. After 3 days of consideration, I emailed Greg and told him which car I wanted. He had the car, put it on hold and I was able to schedule a time to stop by and make the purchase. It was quite simple. Greg made the process very simple and I did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. I would definitely recommend him to others. Also, I had all the routine maintenance for my 2012 done at Royal Moore and plan to do the same with my 2014. The service department does a great job. More

Pleasantly Surprised I've purchased several cars from dealerships over the past 15 years and have generally dreaded the experience, but Royal Moore was not a bad experienc I've purchased several cars from dealerships over the past 15 years and have generally dreaded the experience, but Royal Moore was not a bad experience whatsoever and I thought I should actually tell a few people. My sales guy, Patrick, seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I'm in sales myself so I grade other sales guy harshly, and he was pretty good; knowledgeable, not too pushy, but most importantly (at least for me to buy anything), he was "likable". If the sales guy is a xxxxx then I don't care how good the price is, I will go buy the exact same car from someone else. But no, Patrick was professional and friendly. Of course at some point you eventually meet the management and they also did not rub me the wrong way. I did a lot of research (which I recommend everybody should do) on the car, and asked questions to see if their answers matched up with my outside research and for the most part it did, so there was some trust established. That's no small feat for a car dealership. More

All the staff have excellent customer service and catered to our needs. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new or used car! Worth the drive! More

My son had just crashed our one and only car a few days before, so I was looking to replace it as My experience with Royal Moore was a fantastic one. My son had just crashed our one and only car a few days before, so I was looking to replace it as soon as possible. I had been looking online, and had made arrangements with Brandon Kang to come in and look at my 2012 Nissan Altima, as well as another car at another dealer. I was just planning to look around to see what else was available. Brandon was very friendly, and quite flexible, as other pressing matters kept delaying me. I felt absolutely no pressure from Brandon, which was refreshing after my previous car buying experience at another dealer. By the end of my test drive, I had already decided that my search was over. I cancelled the other appointments I had made, and worked with Brandon on purchasing my car. The paperwork was surprisingly painless, and I drove away with my new car that evening. A week or two later, I went in to arrange to have my sunroof installed. I had also found an issue with one of the electric window controllers. The man from the service department came right out to look at it, and said they would need to order a new controller (under warranty), but that it would only take a couple of days. I told him I had made arrangements to bring my car in for a sunroof installation, so he coordinated to fix my window controller at the same time. Brandon was kind enough to arrive at work early on the day I dropped my car off for the sunroof, so that I could pick up my loaner car (which was also a lovely car) and get to work on time. That was above and beyond, and very much appreciated. My sunroof was installed and my window fixed the day before they were promised, and they did a wonderful job. Overall, my experience with Royal Moore was the very best car buying experience I have had, and I would definitely recommend them. I'll also be returning to them FIRST, the next time I'm looking for a car. The service department was also fantastic. They were very helpful and professional--which left me feeling confident that my car would be well taken care of. I've always shied away from having regular maintenance done at the dealer, but I will definitely be taking my car into this dealer's service department for every single oil change or repair moving forward. A Fine Example of Customer Service I was greeted in the lot upon my arrival. I was given my test ride within minutes of my introduction. The Sales Representative was attentive, informative and seemed happy to be doing the job he was doing. The Business Manager was thorough and precise as she explained the paperwork needed to consummate the sale. All in all, I would rate this the most pleasant dealership visit I've ever experienced. Is would recommend Royal Moore Nissan without hesitation. Great job! More
