Bait and Switch and Bad Service to boot I wanted to lease a new SUV and had done some research. I ended up meeting with the Internet Rep from Royal Moore and after test driving 3 different I wanted to lease a new SUV and had done some research. I ended up meeting with the Internet Rep from Royal Moore and after test driving 3 different models of car, settled on the Rogue. I told him exactly what I wanted right down to the color. He called me later that afternoon and told me he could get me exactly what I wanted and for just what I wanted to pay. Of course, I wanted a different color (white...apparently hard to get) and so when it finally came in about 6 weeks later, I was thrilled. I went to the dealership that afternoon to lease my car, just to find out that he had "accidentally" misquoted the price and it would be more than $100 more a month than I had expected. I was standing up ready to walk out the door and he was suddenly able to get it within $5 of what I wanted to pay per month. It was a "MIRACLE". Now, 2 years later, I can't wait to have my lease be over. The Service Department has problems on their quote times, turning 1 hour oil change and parking brake adjustment into a 2 1/2 hour wait with no promises that the brake was tight enough. I am not impressed and can't wait to turn in my car so I can get away from Royal Moore. More

We were fortunate that salesman Austin Parker came out to help us right away. He was so professional, helpful and friendly without pressuring us which turned an otherwise possible uncomfortable experience into a pleasant experience. He even drove our new car home (approximately 75 miles roundtrip) so he could drive our trade-in back to the shop. We concluded our purchase feeling like we have a new friend, have a car we love, and ended up with a big hug for Austin!! Royal Moore has always provided service for my Toyota Avalon also. I wouldn't take it anywhere else!! More

The only bad part was waiting 3 months for my ordered Subaru Forester XT to finally come in but that's no fault of dealership. Spent two months of online research, I felt the dealership with the best inventory and pricing was Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro. We selected the vehicle from their inventory and printed out their info. Drove 30 miles to the Dealership and were immediately greeted by Sales Rep, Manny Nettles. This young man showed us several used Foresters for sale but tracked down the one on the ad at the home of one of their salesman. He brought it to us and it was exactly as represented in the ad and we paid cash for it on the spot. This young man's attention, service and determination to meet our needs was excellent. My experience having purchased a Buick years ago from Royal Moore and now this 2015 Subaru Forester Premium definitely dictates I will be a return customer and recommend Manny and Royal Moore. More

He was very thorough in explaining everything about the car to me. He also gave me the information on all of the extra dealer add-ons I could purchase, but never pressured me into purchasing any of them. If you're looking at buying a new car, I would definitely recommend going through Greg. More

This past Friday October 30th I experienced one of the worst attempts at purchasing a car in my 52 years. Now please keep in mind that I purchase a new car every few years and I was once a Finance Manger at at Major dealership here in Portland. In this case I went with a female friend who had not seen the car or meet Mr. Lee Christian in person. He was to referred to my friend by a very close friend of mine. The car that was offered was a great car except for the set of tires that were at 30% tread which is the "bare minimum" according to state standards. After the test drive we went to Mr.Christians office and let him known the tires were too worn to purchase the car unless we could factor new tires in with the cost. 2nd after researching the selling price we discovered the car was being offered at over $800 suggested retail. He immediately told us there would be no neogiations and immediately became EXTREMELY HOSTILE. He made statements such as, "go buy you a car from whoever you looked up the piece", "I took "$1500 off the price (but the sticker listed the price he offered -$100 of his offer?)" and other extemely rude and disrespectful verbage the was completely uncalled for. End of the day we went to Herzog Meier and had the best car buying experience you could ask for. She purchased 2013 Mazada 3 with a Pre-Certified Warranty. This will be added to Google so removing it from here to avoid the reality of our experience will only stengthen my resolve to share this story whenever and where ever possible.
