I bought Saturns until they went out of business and loved the no nonsense clear cut sale program they had. Royal Moore has got it right too. So happy with my new car and will highly recommend them to my friends and make sure they ask for Dan. Karen Woods and Don were wonderful too. I love people who can laugh and make people feel welcome. Very shady The purchase was OK, no negotiations, they have a one price kind of deal. Price was fair though. Took it in for my first service though and was told that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire, that the tire could not be repaired and needed to be replaced right away. Very insistent that I get it replaced right away. I get all my tire work done at a tire store near there and took it there instead. I was all prepared to buy a new tire but when I took it in to my tire shop they laughed. They took me outside and showed me a screw that was in the tread, no where near the sidewall. They said it was a very easy repair, which they did in a few minutes for free. Concerned, I went back to Royal Moore Subaru to let the Manager know what happened as I felt sort of ripped off. First, I was told that there are no General Managers at Royal Moore, everyone is,pretty much left on their own. I was told that the only manager was the owner and that the owner didn't show up around there much. I was told there was no service manager but there was a guy who was sort of in charge of service and I could talk to him. Really, I don't make this up, that is exactly what I was told. So this guy comes out and says hi. He doesn't have an office or anything so we have to talk in the showroom. I tell him what happened. He,says it's not their fault because they are not a tire shop and can't fix all tire repairs and then he tells me that he is sure that the nail was "very close" to the sidewall, even though he never saw it. So I just gave up and left once I understood that no one there cared at all. More

There was no pressure and they were very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in. For start to finish we had there attention and they treated us well. The best thing was it it didn't take four hours to purchase a car. We were in and out in about two hour and that included our test drive. It probably would have been faster but I am currently on crutches. I will definitely purchase a vehicle from them again. When we left with our new car both my wife and I could not believe how easy this purchase was. We are still shocked at customer service that was provided. Thank you Royal Moore for making this an exceptional new car purchase! More

Dan B. was our salesperson, and was easy to interact with and not pushy. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the car's features. I was there a little under 3 hours, and this included discussing the amount of my trade in. My husband bought a Nissan years ago, and was there 5.5 hours. I highly recommend Subaru over Nissan, it seemed like they tried to minimize the time you were there and that they knew your time is equally important as theirs. I am very happy with both my car and the positive experience. I have already recommended them to a friend. More

Great experience My sister contacted Greg In Internet Sales asking about a vehicle for me. He promptly responded and let her know what was available including prices. My sister contacted Greg In Internet Sales asking about a vehicle for me. He promptly responded and let her know what was available including prices. She sent me the info. When I contacted Greg, he was curious, explained how to purchase my vehicle, picked me up at the light rail stop and even stayed late that day so I could come up. The process went extremely smooth. He even left me with a full tank of gas which I was not expecting. I am grateful for the time he took to explain everything for me. I would highly recommended Royal Moore Auto.
