Julio was perfect. Very straightforward and professional. Answered all our questions and always seemed engaged, without any of the hard sell behavior (that we hate). The car made a warning sound at 60 mph and a full, loud alarm at 70 mph. We had to buy a key from a Ford dealer to disable the alarm. $440 More
