Royal moore is great. We started with Service - the dash lights were blinking on our 11yo Forester and Jonathan had loaners for us to use over the weekend. When we elected We started with Service - the dash lights were blinking on our 11yo Forester and Jonathan had loaners for us to use over the weekend. When we elected to buy a new car instead of staying with the old one (cost was half the value of the car), Jonathan set us up with Alex in Sales and Iday at RM Toyota. They were great, very knowledgeable about the vehicles and features and about availability. We preferred the Forester Hybrid and negotiated a good price. It was a long process but it was actually easy and smooth. And finally, Jim was excellent, answering questions and demonstrating features after we’d driven it home. More

Returned to find Julio, but dealt mostly with Javier, asst manager (pleasant and very polite but a hard bargaining guy, and after haggling for a while decided on a price. Completed required paperwork with TJ, very efficient, said goodbye to our Toyota Sienna van of 21 years and drove off in a Subaru Outback rental until pick up my Forrester amazing Touring 2 days later!! Came back to get my temporary license tag on my rear window cuz accidentally left dealership without one. Saw Javier again who REALLY helped out alot with getting me started with the basics and set up of my Forrester Touring. Had scheduled appointment with Jim Rutherford on 10/29/25. This encounter was really great and informative as Jim answered all my questions and then some - Researching Subaru cars from Alex P on You Tube, service questions for the near future and a kind encouragement to reach back out if I needed any more assistance. I am a die hard Hyundai driver, and I reache (Sales) and Nick Lee (Finance) at Royal Moore Subaru in Hillsboro, Oregon, for stellar customer service! I am a die hard Hyundai driver, and I reached out about a Hyundai they had on their lot. Long story short, Ed worked on the sale, arranged to meet me late in the day, and Nick did the financing. They broke the mold with these two wonderful gentlemen! Their professionalism and kindness, especially late in the day, was so appreciated; being able to drive home in a car that I truly love - priceless. I was dreading this process, but they made up for all the others who did me wrong over the years. A five-star rating is not enough; I give Ed and Nick a perfect "10" for outstanding customer service.
