You should have pulled out a similar vehicle without low profile tires when questioned by me, you were too focused on a sale. Having checked with my tire specialist, I cannot change out the loud, noisy, fee profile tires when questioned by me, you were too focused on a sale. Having checked with my tire specialist, I cannot change out the loud, noisy, feel every bump in the road tires, because the car systems are so sophisticated. I would have easily leased the same make and model without low profile tires that run $2000 when these wear out in 10K miles. Thanks for meeting the customer’s needs!!! More

On 07/21/2025 I bought a Mazda Miata from Royal Moore because I had pleasant experiences on 08/21/2022 & 08/22/2022 buying a Subaru Forester, in 2012 buying a Toyota 4Runner and in 12/2003 buying a 1996 because I had pleasant experiences on 08/21/2022 & 08/22/2022 buying a Subaru Forester, in 2012 buying a Toyota 4Runner and in 12/2003 buying a 1996 BMW 740IL. The dealership employees were very professional, respectful and courteous. Special thanks to Avery Wilson, DJ Hoggard and HJ Tran. Avery Wilson has proved to be an outstanding salesperson who provided me with an after sale assistance. Sales Manager DJ Hoggard and Assistant Sales Manager HJ Tran kept the deal transparent and negotiation reasonable. More
Charging $94. 95 for a replacement cabin air filter is ridiculous. I bought a high-end one from AutoZone for $30 (the base one was $12, which is likely higher than 95 for a replacement cabin air filter is ridiculous. I bought a high-end one from AutoZone for $30 (the base one was $12, which is likely higher than the cost of the one you would've installed at the dealership). You can't say the cost delta was "labor" as the mechanic has already removed the filter from my car to film the video and had to replace either the dirty or a new one. So there was zero additional labor involved with installing a new one. I also wasn't pleased with receiving a text with cash offer to purchase my vehicle. I did not ask for or give permission for such an evaluation. I left the dealership feeling somewhat scammed. Not sure I'll return. More
