While I find the staff polite, the videos helpful of the work I am having done, I find the commentary of the tech helping me in the office, disingenuous. This last experience has left me looking for a new service team at a different dealership. I brought my car in for its first oil change. All good. Where things have gone sour is that I also mentioned that my vehicle with less than 8000 miles on it, has a really bad brake squeal in reverse, that is now happening in drive as well. I was given an explanation that the brake pads got over heated and glazed and that this is normal because the manufacturer uses different brake pads that are more eco friendly and this happens. That I just needed to break the glaze and can do so by hard braking. This is NOT acceptable on many levels. I was told that they went and broke the glaze and the brakes were no longer squealing when I picked it up. I literally went to leave the dealership and they squealed before I even made it out of the parking lot. And that was in D and R!! I sat there for 7 minutes deciding if I wanted to throw the keys back at them and leave my vehicle there. But I needed to get moving and hoped maybe I would see it go away if I just drove it home. It has been a few days now and it is BAAADDDD squealing. So, not happy right now! Finally, as I was delivering orders to customers yesterday, I noticed that my in-car dash cams for my front and rear had been unplugged!!!! WHY did they get unplugged by the dealership? Clearly it was to cover their lack of work. And then not plugged back in. I have those for my protection and tracking on long distance work trips and otherwise. What if something had happened and I thought it was on camera and it wasn't due to the tech's oversight of NOT putting things back how they found it. What in the world?!! That is so inappropriate, I can't even explain how livid I was. My husband was very upset as well. So, I will NOT be back to this dealership. I have purchased my last two vehicles through Royal Moore and I won't purchase another. The lack of respect, honesty or willingness to resolve my issues and then to leave my cameras off is SHADY and disrespectful. More
