It was just an oil change and they did fine. The thing that irks me is the fact that they changed the channel on the radio to something that I never wanted to be initiated. When they test drive a rig, there's no reason for them to change the channel. And in fact. They should have the radio off so they can listen for any noises in the car such as wheel bearings or anything else that can cause problems, maybe break noises and so forth. More

Tim in services was great but dealt with the service manager with neck tattoos the next day and he was super confrontational. My quote for services on my truck was $825 then went to pay and all of a sud manager with neck tattoos the next day and he was super confrontational. My quote for services on my truck was $825 then went to pay and all of a sudden it was $1250. Took 45 min back and forth with the manager just to finally accept my quote. I will never go back to get services done on my truck and will never buy another vehicle from there as long as neck tattoo guy is still there. Absolutely the worst experience. More
