Service department had my car for 5 months, replaced 3 items that weren't the issue, charged me $1422 and never fixed the problem. Had it towed home an fixed in 2 days. I sent them early on web pages that discussed the problem and it still 5 took months to tell me they couldn't fix it. Excuse after excuse, we are short staff, we're really busy, little to no communication. Called and would return phone calls. I would run as fast as you can from these folks More

I’ve had great experiences with Royal Moore in the past for oil changes and brake replacements, but this review is specific to my last experience with them to repair my power steering leak and my AC. WARNING: If you want to schedule an appointment to have your vehicle repaired, and don’t mind your car not actually being fixed, but sitting in a “queue” unbeknownst to you, Royal Moore is the service department for you. If you don’t mind a lack of communication, or getting vague placating responses until you drill down on a specific line of questioning, Royal Moore is the service department for you. If you don’t mind leaving your car for 54 days and paying $2,000 for repair work only to have those issues reoccur less than a mile after driving off the lot, Royal Moore is the dealership for you. If you don’t mind a service manager disrespecting you and turning all of this around on you when you immediately drive back to the dealership in tears, and he sarcastically says he’s sorry your personal issues don’t line up with their timelines, then Royal Moore is the service department for you. Personally, my relationship with Royal Moore is over with. Disclaimer: They did actually fix the issue when I brought it right back, but the condescending attitude of the service manager, and inability to accept responsibility for his poor service and communication, was a dealbreaker for me.
