They had the exact car that I was looking for at a price that met my budget. Brian was terrific. He is very knowledgeable, kind and has a terrific sense of humor. I never expected, though I had hoped, I would actually have fun buying a new car! I drove my old car for 15 years and have high hopes that I can do the same with my new purchase I have already recommended Royal Moore and Brian Shangle to three friends and will continue to do so. I am hoping Brian will still be at Royal Moore when I am ready for my next car. More

Not Open to Price Negotiations Initially we had a really great experience researching the car, when we got to the dealership we took a great test drive and was told the dealership w Initially we had a really great experience researching the car, when we got to the dealership we took a great test drive and was told the dealership would be totally open to talking about the price. When we went inside to work out buying the car we started working with the 'business manager' Patrick. He was incredibly unpleasant and was 100% not open to negotiating or even working with us. During this process he said the following: 1. He showed us a random piece of paper with other cars compared to mileage and price with no actual validation that it was not just made up information to 'assure' us we were getting the best price 2. That lowering the price to save us $15-$20 a month wasn't going to have an impact on my budget and that I should be accounting for this type of fluctuation with my month to month budget. 3. That I was just looking for an 'emotional win' by asking for a lower price. Even when I increased the price to try to keep the negotiation going he came back with just a solid 'no'. Not 'heres what we can do' or any type of basic customer service. He did an excellent job at making us feel alienated and we ended up walking away. After sleeping on it we wanted to go back and purchase the car because it was an okay price as well as what we were looking for. The purchase process was okay but again we had to deal with Patrick and the main manager who had all the paper work to sign. They didn't even acknowledge that we were there outside of shoving paper in front of our faces to sign. And then there was a random $400 for some vin number etching that no one really talked to us about until we were reviewing the final price of the car at signing. I will NEVER go back to this dealership. They were rude and NOT helpful or interested in providing any kind of customer service. Unless it's a deal of a life time go somewhere else. More
