Impeccable Customer Service On a busy Memorial Day Monday Brian was more then accommodating. We live in Arlington, WA, I called the dealership before they opened and left a voice On a busy Memorial Day Monday Brian was more then accommodating. We live in Arlington, WA, I called the dealership before they opened and left a voicemail asking them to hold the car we wanted to look at while we made the three and a half hour drive down to Oregon. Brian called me back upon opening, he took the time to locate the car in detailing and see when it would be done so we could try drive it. He immediately called me back and held the car until we could arrive to drive it. The car was in high demand all day but he held strong while we made the drive. He checked in on us periodically to make sure we were okay and see when we’d be arriving. Upon arrival he was friendly and personable, quickly accommodated a test drive even though they were slammed and completed paperwork as quickly as possible for us to purchase. The dealership was slammed today but everyone was offering drinks, pizza, and trying to be as accommodating as possible as everyone waited to sign paperwork. Truly was a great experience! More
