Dealer was initially difficult to contact. Some of the contact forms failed so I submitted several requests. I did finally receive a response from a salesperson with a decent quote. I notified them I would be reviewing the numbers and would get back to them. Within a few days I reached back out to negotiate some of the numbers to close the deal and was completely ghosted. I sent multiple emails and never received a response. A simple "no, this is our best price" would have at least given me some respect for their team, but completely ignoring a customer is downright rude. More
