I am 75 years old. Do not know very much about the technologies that are out today in the new cars. My salesman knew way more than I did, but still gave me bad information that I found out later after I read the manuals, the truck book had to have three different people programmed my radio for me to listen to my CarPlay And my salesman as I said, gave me bad or not correct information about questions that I had about locking and unlocking cars different things seems to me you need to install a training assessment for your sales people. I understand a lot of people know way more than I do but there’s still plenty buyers that don’t know . More
