I bought a 2018 chevrolet a week ago. On Aug,1 and Aug,3 i took part in giving royal buick my review. I gave them a terrible review due to the issues stated in my 1st review. I want to start this review by saying that in the 1st negative review i took part in, had absolutely nothing to do with my salesman(Mr. Cam). It had to do strictly with the vehicle. On Aug 3, i received a call from Mr. Cam(my salesman). He had gotten the message about my issue and urgently jumped into action to take control of the situation. He came to my residents and picked up the vehicle, took it to there service department and had a inspection and service done by 2 certified mechanics. This took several hours and they came to the conclusion that nothing was wrong with the transmission. They are certified mechanics and im not so i totally trust the final conclusion they came up with. They stated that they even drove another chevrolet canyon(2022), and it felt the same way as mine felt when you accelerated. Mr. Cam said thats the way those models run. Anyway i have this experience documented as well as the dealership does. So for now everything is good, im satisfied based on 3 professionals knowledge and experience they have. Thank you Cam for jumping on this matter ASAP and giving me a good piece of mind. And its good to know if the transmission does go out, its documented and royal buick will take care of fixing it. Found a truck on car gurus called about it and it was available told it was not sold yet. I gave my info for financing and was in the middle of the deal. Four hours later after they ran my credit I ask f available told it was not sold yet. I gave my info for financing and was in the middle of the deal.
