Took my vehicle for a service and Marcos was my advisor. He was amazing. Was really friendly, energetic and knowledgeable and kept me in touch on what was going on with my vehicle. I wish I could say that I had good service from Royal GMC but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Parts (Tyler) did not follow t but it was horrible from start to finish. Chris (service advisor) did not follow through on what he said he would do. Even picked up my car, I got a mile or so from dealer and had to go back because job was not done completely. I have had Ford vehicles before and was always satisfied with my service at the Ford Dealerships. I'm disappointed that GMC was not even close to the customer service they provided. More

Eric was very helpful and patient. My husband and I traveled from Indiana and our car broke down so we took it to the Royal Buick to get worked on. Eric kept us updated and was so patient with us. We had some issues with our vehicle that we paid cash!!!! We call our salesman, no response, then we called the service department , no response . Frankly, we are not satisfied with the repairs. Have taken the car to Firestone!! More
