I am moving to Oro Valley and drove from Renton Washington where we had just sold our house to see the house we had just bought. During the drive the windshield developed a crack from the passenger side to just beyond the middle of the windshield. Our car was leased from the Cadillac dealer in Bellevue Washington and since I needed to find a dealer in the Tucson area, Royal was the obvious Choice. I was lucky to get Chad Drury as my Service Advisor as he provided the kind of service that mdst people only dream about. He took over and got the OK to replace my windshield, ordered the windshield (which came in early) and replaced it in time for our trip back to Renton Washington so we could complete our move down to our new house in Arizona. More
Mike has provided superb support for me every time I have been to you for service. I have been a GM buyers for the last 40 years throughout CA, Ks and AR and I have never had as good service anywhere. My u been to you for service. On June 22,2011 I received an estimate from Chad Drury, of Royal Buick at the Auto Mall store, to replace the driver's side rear-view mirror on my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. The estimate was $415.00. I believe of Royal Buick at the Auto Mall store, to replace the driver's side rear-view mirror on my 2006 Buick LaCrosse. The estimate was $415.00. I believe this was excessive. I went online and ordered the mirror from "Discount Auto Parts" for $50.63 which included shipping. I had it painted and installed by J&V Auto Body here in Tucson for $100.00. They did it in less than one day and were very professional and friendly. It looks and works like the original. I think that Royal Buick gave me the "Unaccompanied Female Price." I do not recommend Royal Buick to single or unaccompanied females. More

Seat sensor for passenger air bag needs to arm at weights over 80 lbs. My wife is 102 lbs and the air bag will not arm, even without the added seat cushion. She gets in, I start the vehicle and reach over and push down on her legs and the added force arms the air bag. The present 100 lb weight sensor is unsatisfactory and should be a safety factor to be considered by GM for replacement with another more sensitive one. Probably 40% of adult females are in the 100-120 weight range and it is unsafe to ride around with the air bag unarmed. More
Chad always gives me first rate service. I always try to schedule my appointment on my days off but because my schedule often changes or something unexpected happens, I just drop in. Of course I appologize for the inconvenience, but Chad just smiles and says "non sense, that's why I'm here." Car problems can be a source of much stress, but Chad always treats me like I'm special.
