Service department is very poorly ran Stopped in today to see we could get the oil changed before a planned trip. We were told they are slammed all week;really??? The lack of professionalism in Royal's Service Department is unlike anything we have seen, in the over 35 years of purchasing GM vehicles! More
I brought my truck in for an oil change and also had a light oil leak. I had them inspect the vehicle for the oil leak and was told that the oil pan and main rear seal was leaking oil. I mentioned that th light oil leak. I had them inspect the vehicle for the oil leak and was told that the oil pan and main rear seal was leaking oil. I mentioned that the oil leak was only about the size of a nickel and how could it be that it's a two type leak. All I was told is that it would cost in excess of $4,000.00 to fix both leaks. I then had an independent service station look at the undercarriage and they let me see where the leak was coming from. there was a tear drop of oil on both the oil drain lug and the rear main seal area. they wiped it down and checked the tightness of the drain plug, actually tried to tighten it some more and then lowered the vehicle of the lift. Since then and after more than a week gone by, lo and behold there is no more leak. It was as simple as that. the drain plug was the problem all along. I will be getting a new drain plug and seal soon. I just save myself over $4000.00. What rip offs. If you take your vehicle in there for service, you will deserve what you get! More

Visited Royal Cadillac Buick GMC service department for oil change, tire rotation and balance service on 17 Sep 2013. Service writers Chris Beittenmiller and Chad Drury could not figure what was on their oil change, tire rotation and balance service on 17 Sep 2013. Service writers Chris Beittenmiller and Chad Drury could not figure what was on their own website and kept trying to overcharge us. They clearly did not know what was on their own web site and we had a very hard time getting them to even look it up! Even then they couldn't get it right. Second time we have had problems with their service depatment. Previous problem involved a 200% overcharge. Result is we left the dealership and we took my wife's Buick elsewhere for service. Avoid Royal service department. More

First I have had my 2012 Cadillac CTS Performance vehicle for 9 months and I love the car (bought from Royal Cadillac). Have had zero issues with it to date. Well...that's not quite right, there is one cos for 9 months and I love the car (bought from Royal Cadillac). Have had zero issues with it to date. Well...that's not quite right, there is one cosmetic issue with the dash. I pointed it out to the service manager and he said he would address it but would need the car for a day - would need to pull the dash out to realign the front center speaker grill/trim piece. I am concerned about developing squeaks and he stated they can fix those should it arise. I decided not to have the repair done as the car has zero squeaks and I am not bothered too much by the misalignment. Second - I took the car in this time to have the oil changed, tire rotated plus fluid levels and tire pressure checked. I was told by my service advisor it would be 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. 45 minutes late the car was done with a total charge of $0 (Cadillac Premium Care). My total experience between buying the vehicle and my two visits for service has been outstanding. More
We will never take our car to any other dealership. Our car was giving us all kinds of warnings. We took it to another dealership who wanted more money just to look at it and our money would not apply towa car was giving us all kinds of warnings. We took it to another dealership who wanted more money just to look at it and our money would not apply towards repairs, then the car wouldn't start and they wanted 45 just to check the battery. We took it here and they fixed it at a price that was cheaper than expected and they also took the time to do the recall repair. We was also going to get a sysnthetic oil change but then told them never mind,,the mechanic did it anyway and we did not have to pay for it, since we had made the request. They also washed our car as a courtesy. Everytime we have gone here, we have always been treated with courtesy and respect,,no bs from these people. The loaner car was very nice also. This is now our dealership for all our car needs. More
Service was as expected. The car was repaired and ready for pick up when promised. The loaned car was eceptional, clean full of gas and ready when promised. I was plesed to get an appointment the next day. Problem with clock. Estimated two hour wait. After one hour Mike told me the radio had to be replaced and that I would be given a loaner and that the car w with clock. Estimated two hour wait. Pleasant surprise, since when we bought the car Jim told us they didn't offer loaners. That was a disappointment since Lexus (our previous car) did. In the end it all worked out as a pleasant experience. More
