Don't Stand Behind Customers I purchased a brand new 2018 GMC Terrain in December and have had nothing but trouble. The purchase process at Royal GMC is great, but the service department is another story. Chris Savastano is a great asset to the company and has done everything that he could, within his powers, to resolve my issue. My issue is not with Chris, but with Royal GMC in general. I have had to take my car in to have it repaired three times now for the same issue and they've replaced the same part twice, and provided a service update from GM during my second visit to try to resolve my issue. Other's in the Service Department are not as pleasant as Chris and can be condescending as if they don't believe that my car isn't functioning proper. I've resolved myself to video record the issues now so that I can. be believed. It is very frustrating to be treated in this manner after spending the money to purchase a new car so that I could have confidence traveling, but I do not have confidence in this vehicle after the third repair for the same exact issue, and I don't have confidence in Royal GMC either. More
Amazing help for a tricky vehicle problem. Mike had been my service advisor at Royal Buick on speedway. He was always friendly and quick with any new car problems that needed attention. I would stop in at Royal Cadillac occasionally when I had my Cadillac serviced, Mike was not my service rep but I had confidence in his opinion about the 2 year problem I was having with my 2007 Hummer H3. After $2000 and two years and days of service time trying to get my 80K mile vehicle summer comfortable at another dealer ship, I was ready to trade it in. Mike told me to bring it in and give him a try to fix it. So this spring I did that when my A/C quit. It was a miracle in my mind that Mike and his technician solved the problem in a half morning. Mike is a very dedicated service rep and I wish I had gone to him three years ago. You can't find a better service location in Tucson. The report only included tire pressure, tread depth and brake condition. The brake condition report indicated 2 mm on the rear brakes that requires immediate attention which we were not informed of when we picked up the vehicle. We took the car to a different auto center for a brake inspection and found the rear brakes still have 50% life. More

Chris Savastano (service advisor) and Josh Dewitt (mechanic I had the opportunity to work with The Royal Buick GMC service team the past couple weeks. Chris Savastano (service advisor) and Josh Dewitt (mechanic) were extremely helpful, patient, intelligent and honest in providing options and costs to repair the problem. I really felt respected and valued as a customer and treated like a friend. The service advisor - mechanic relationship was so in sync and transparent...far superior to what I have witnessed at many other dealer/service repair centers. I couldn't recommend Chris, Josh and Royal Buick GMC stronger. This is an excellent team. More
First service visit did not go as expected. I made an Appointment for my first Buick experience factory covered maintenance oil change for 9:30 am with Chris. When I arrived at 9:25 they had th I made an Appointment for my first Buick experience factory covered maintenance oil change for 9:30 am with Chris. When I arrived at 9:25 they had three service drive lanes open and 9 cars total ahead of me. I had not written down who the service rep was and did not recall his name at the time. The serviced greeter said no problem he would look it up and took off. 5 mins latter another service rep came out and asked me what i needed and i told him and said i think it was Chris. he said he would check and took off. A third rep came out and asked the same things again and said he would check. He did come back in Two mins and said he could not find me in the Computer but would get things taken care of. A really nice service advisor Nate fisher-Castro then arrived and took all of my information and said they would take care of it and directed me to the waiting area. The waiting area at this service center is the best I have ever experienced. They have a few different areas that you can relax and wait in. Drinks and snacks are also available. After Two hours had passed I became a little concerned as I had watched other customers come in and leave after having their vehicles serviced. I inquired at the desk what might be taking so long in my case. It took about another 15 mins and then i was on my way. I tend to avoid having routine maintenance done at the dealerships because it has always seemed to take forever in the past. At jiffy lube I'm in and out in 30-45 mins. In the dealerships defense they did include a complementary car wash and that may have been the reason it took longer than I had planned for. The service personnel that I interacted with were all friendly and professional and the service center does seem top notched. More
