My girlfriend owns a Yukon. We drive an hour and a half to service here. She always has. She bought the vehicle here. bought the extended warranty. The sales part went fine. The last 4 service visits, however, have been garbage. I've listened to her on the phone asking that things be looked at. Her Yukon has the kid view mirror and the clips broke so it hangs down a bit. Simple fix. Easy hour or two of labor. 2 times, I have listened to her ask that it be added to the order when she made the appointment. We get there and it isn't. We ask the writer that it be added. Never gets done. She asks that things be done and they don't get done. Billable hours of labor turned down. We ask for estimates on the amount of time the service will take when we make the appointment and whether or not we need to leave the vehicle. The receptionist has no clue, nor should they, but where is the break down coming from when we ask that the service writer call us and let us know so we can plan for a rental car or two cars driving up if it's going to take a few days? No call. Never. Not once. The time before last, we had to rent a car due to a lack of communication leading to us not being able to plan and bring a second vehicle. Thankfully, after a conversation with a manager, we were comped for the ordeal. But, now we come up for service again and no call, despite a request. Hey, 70k service. I know we might need to leave it to give you time. Call us so we can plan. No call. So. You won't be doing the 70k or any other service. We won't be trading in there, when the time comes. All for lack of communication. For want of a nail, the kingdom was lost. More

Worst service I have experienced in my 75 years. First took my new 2024 GMC Canyon in to replace a cracked speaker & saggy visor. They didn’t have the parts and had to order them. After 3 months I called and they said the speaker wasn’t in yet. After 4 months I stopped in and had a new service person, Chris. He said the original speaker they ordered wasn’t even a good part # and had to reorder the correct one. I asked about the visor part and he said they sent it back because it wasn’t installed. Not one time in 4 months did they ever contact me. I went to Royal again to look at the Alexa that didn’t work and we spent almost two hours trying to get it fixed, but couldn’t. The guy said someone from the Tech department would contact me. They left me an email on how to get it to work. Did not work. It is now almost 10 weeks since I took the vehicle for other warranty work and still don’t have my Canyon. During these 10 they haven’t contacted me to tell me what is going on. I have to call them and it is almost impossible to talk to anyone. You have to leave a voice mail or text. About 2 weeks ago that brought it to my house and said it was fixed. The radio didn’t turn off when the motor was off and you exited the vehicle. I told them to fix the problem. I’ve called 4 times in the last week and have yet to have a return call on status of my vehicle. DO NOT USE ROYAL!! Also, my friend took his new GMC Sierra for warranty work and they dented the vehicle and didn’t tell him. Luckily he saw it and pursued it and they finally admitted to it. I would rate them a ZERO, but you have to check something to continue. More

This dealership is the worst place to have you vehicle work on If your trying to use guarantee for life policy . After we were told We could have are vehicle service at other repair shop as long as W work on If your trying to use guarantee for life policy . After we were told We could have are vehicle service at other repair shop as long as We save receipts of work our warranty would still be ok. What they don’t tell you is you have to get permission first for guarantee for Life. We only did one oil change, that the dealership did not do, and that voided Are guarantee for life. More
