Had a great salesman but was disappointed with dealers add on costs to the selling price. They should explain it up front. I have one more vehicle to purchase for the company I consult for and I will not add on costs to the selling price. They should explain it up front. I have one more vehicle to purchase for the company I consult for and I will not give them a chance for the sale. More
Do not trust them!!! Found they advertised a 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel on the web. Only listed a down payment amount, so I messaged them through there web site. A few days went by no response so I sent anothe 3500 Diesel on the web. Only listed a down payment amount, so I messaged them through there web site. A few days went by no response so I sent another message no response, than I called spoke to Sam. I ask for the cash price for 2014 Ram 3500 witch I had to repeat 3 times, 2014 Ram 3500. He tells me $23,700. I said I will try and make it down there, he told me to ask for Sam. Okay a few hours later, I drove over a hour to get there. I get out of my car and ask Sam to see the 2014 Ram 3500, he points out a Ram 1500. I said I asked about 2014 Ram 3500 Diesel and was told that was not there, and the price he quoted me was for the 1500!!!! BATE AND SWITCH!!! Made me drive over a hour each way just to get me there. Then someone else there tells me they can preorder one for me with a few hundred dollars deposit this is not a new car dealer that can order a truck!!! More
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on February 9th at the Burlington dealership. Upon test-driving the vehicle I not TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on February 9th at the Burlington dealership. Upon test-driving the vehicle I noticed an error on the dash saying “service 4 wheel drive system” and that the rear blinkers were both out. The people at the dealership assured me that they can switch the blinkers real quick and that the 4 wheel drive error was just a computer issue and they “took a look at it”, aka just reset it for it to go off only to come back on on my way home. They had me drive the vehicle home from the dealership without fixing the blinkers because “they didn’t have the part”, you would think that would be an easy fix. This is a blatant safety hazard on the dealership's end and I was even told later on by the people in the service department that they should not have let me drive it home without fixing them due to the risk of something happening. While I was at the dealership purchasing the Jeep they would brag about this great 100 (or however many) point inspection that all of the vehicles go through. My question to Royal Auto Group is, what exactly was inspected? The following was clearly not working or just swept under the table to get over on people and increase your bottom line. Crack in windshield E-brake does not work whatsoever Air conditioning/AC seats do not work 4 wheel drive system Blinkers Dash leather just out of place The “computer issue” turned out to be the transfer case that needed to be totally replaced (they came to this conclusion after several trips to the service center) one google search said this was most likely the issue. After the service center discovered it was the transfer case they gave me the vehicle back until they got the parts in saying “you won’t have any issues or create further damage” and lone behold I was driving my Jeep and embarrassingly my “new car” got an ECU warning that would not allow me to hit the gas or anything. I was told it would take a day or 2 to get everything squared away to fix this. I drop it off, get no updates after 2 days, call (many times) and get told there was an issue with the drive train as well and have to wait for that to come in as well. I am now on my 5th trip to the service center for this to be resolved. I have not had my vehicle for about a week and receive very little updates. I was told my issues would be resolved after 1 trip to the service center. After 4 trips, the only thing that was resolved was the blinkers. I have had to make an hour commute to and from the service center as well as pay a friend to pick up/drop me off each time on top of the gas and tolls to go over the bridge. On top of all these trips, even just to get a simple update from them, they never answer the phone. I have probably made over 100 calls trying to get in touch with people etc. When the service department doesn't answer I'll select the sales department (of course someone will answer) and ask to be connected to the service department only to be treated very rudely as if I was creating a burden on their day. Why do I think it took over a week for my Jeep to be fixed on the 6th time I dropped it off? Maybe because on the day I dropped it off 3 employees in the service center called out because they were out drinking the night before. This is probably not something that should be mentioned to a customer and I’m certain this did not help speed up the process of getting my vehicle fixed and it only added to my frustrations. ALSO: I called the dealership when I was an hour and 45 minutes away from FINALLY picking up my car after 2 weeks and let them know I will be there 15 minutes before they close and wanted to make sure someone would be there when I get there. I am told they will be there until close and when I arrive nobody is there, doors are locked. THANKS ROYAL AUTO! DO NOT BUY FROM ROYAL AUTO GROUP! More

I SHOULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS SCAMMING SEXIST PLACE AT ALL COST!! Let start this off by saying, I read the other reviews before going to this dealership. I thought well I won’t get scammed and I found the COST!! Let start this off by saying, I read the other reviews before going to this dealership. I thought well I won’t get scammed and I found the car of my dreams for the price I wanted to pay. I went there to test drive the car and buy it. I had capital one as a finance company. Once we started doing the paperwork, red flags started to flash but i ignored them. The worker Tom told me “capital one is offering you 8 something percent but our company is offering 7.5% and we can include the warranty all for under $188/month.” I said ‘well yes since it sounds like a good deal.’ They drafted the paperwork and when signing, the months listed 72 months. I said “imma call capital one because they normally offer me less months than that.” As I called capital one, Tom goes into the office with all of employees. Capital one tells me “your interest rate is 5.6% and You only have to pay $164. We told the dealership that” so I clarified information then called Tom back to assist me. The manager comes out (Tom stares from the office) and says is there a problem? I said yes “I do not appreciate being blatantly lied to. Capital one said ...” he starts getting loud and saying well you’re a liar and capital one never told us that and You can leave unless u have a check for the amount” at this point I am livid. I started Claiming fraud of this company especially to lower credit/unknowing ppl. He proceeds to get into my face (I am 5’4) and yells and threatens me. I say “I wish you would hit me so I can sue the xxxx out of this company” my boyfriend tells him get out of her face. The manager threatens to call the cops and tells my boyfriend “you need to chain this woman up!” I left very upset and hoping to warn everybody in the world about this company. More
