After a disappointing visit to a closer Honda dealer, which had Hybrid CR-V's in stock but refused a reasonable, over msrp offer, my wife and I drove over an hour to visit Ernie Walters at Roy Schmidt. which had Hybrid CR-V's in stock but refused a reasonable, over msrp offer, my wife and I drove over an hour to visit Ernie Walters at Roy Schmidt. Schmidt did not have our target vehicle on the lot, but Ernie took the time on his day off to patiently ascertain our wishes. Ernie kept in touch and we were able to determine a price for the car when it became available. Fast forward a month or so, and Ernie called to say that our CR-V had arrived. We visited the same day, and with no hassle or aggresive upselling of products we were able to purchase the car in record time and with smiles on our faces. We paid more for the car than we would have pre-pandemic, but with the state of the supply and demand system currently, we received what I felt was a reasonable deal. Overall, kudos to Roy Schmidt Honda for reisting the temptaion to charge the exorbitant prices that some other dealers found to be their delightful new business model, and thanks to Ernie Walters for making our purchase experience simple and relatively stress free. More

They do not give paperwork and lie. We got a new 2015 CRV & have 1 issue after the other. WE have never received any paperwork on repairs & they lie. Cannot be trusted.
