I bought a new 1997 Expedition here. Poor service department service 15 years ago and bad treatment of the customer. That service department manager now runs the body shop. He would not write an estimate for me and proceded to demean me. 3 other Ford dealers gladly wrote estimates for me. Is it any wonder that the two F-150s I have bought since 1997 have been bought elsewhere. Where do you think my next truck (F-250) will be bought at? Does Roy O'Brien not mind losing customers? More
I was contacted by their internet sales and already had a Fusion lined up at another dealer. I told them the price and they said there was no way that was out the door pricing. I called my original dealer and they confirmed that. Roy O'Brien gave me what they said was out the door pricing. I told them I had a trade and what i was expecting and they said they could take care of me. The dealer was on the other side of town but since they had everything set I went to the dealer on my lunch hour. I had to wait for at least a half hour just to see her. They did the trade in apraisal and while I was waiting for that I saw the price of the SE Luxury they wanted to sell me and it what they said was thier "out the door" price was now the base price price so it would end up being even more than what I would have paid at the original dealer. They came back saying there was no way they could give me what I wanted on my trade and did not even try to work with me on it. I left very frustrated. I decided to stop at Suburban Ford on the way back since I ended up having to take a half day off work and they had a Titatnium Fusion with everything I wanted for the same price as the SE Luxury O'Brien wanted to sell me and gave me $1000.00 over what I owed on the trade. Very poor and indifferent level of service. Sales staff are not familiar with vehicle options and features. Brand new $48K vehicle delivered with parts missing, pieces of shipping tape still on chrome, a are not familiar with vehicle options and features. Brand new $48K vehicle delivered with parts missing, pieces of shipping tape still on chrome, a dirty interior and burn marks in the paint from where it was burnished with a wheel and rubbing compound. The lady at this dealership was very rude. She only offered me $300 for a trade in then was mad when I refused her offer. She tried to pressure me into getting a lease when I wanted to own. They sell lemons and when you speak to them they treat you like you are a low life and they are rich -- just snobs. They do NOT stand by their used vehicles.
