I was growing tired and bored with my vehicle and began passively looking for something new in June. I scheduled an appointment and filled out some paperwork online and Mike Tilley reached out to me as soon as they opened that morning. I told Mike exactly what I was looking for and what I was looking to spend. There was no BS, no trickery. Mike is a businessman that knows how to take care of his clients. My experiences with other dealerships have been subpar in the past, but Mike @ Roy O'Brien took great care of me. The process was straightforward, simple, and painless. I got a great deal as well as a free lunch for my wife and I (never had that before!). He took great care of me and got me everything I wanted in the budget I wanted. He didn't try to push anything on me that I wasn't interested in or show me a dozen other vehicles on the lot. He was honest and transparent the whole way. I was in and out of the dealership in less than three hours. I will be sure to pass Mike's info on to anyone looking to get into a new vehicle at a great price.
