Lou contacted me after I submitted info about my possible trade. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that we were in the market for a new Santa Cruz. There was one in stock that met our requirements trade. He asked what I was looking for. I told him that we were in the market for a new Santa Cruz. There was one in stock that met our requirements and I paid a deposit to hold it. I arrived at the dealership just as Lou was parking a Santa Cruz. It turned out that the truck we had put a deposit on, already was in a deal.The Santa Cruz that Lou had parked as I arrived, was a much better match for what I was looking for. Lou had already transferred the deposit to it. Long story short, A deal was struck and later in the day I rolled out of Rowe Hyundai with my new favorite toy. Lou was amazing. He anticipated that I might like the substitute Santa Cruz and had it ready for my test drive. His instincts were spot on, as it was simply beautiful and had all the right equipment and features.
