Since this was the first vehicle I purchased on my own, I was very impressed with the salesman that I had (Ken Sweet). I checked out used cars at this dealership on line and, I checked out used cars at this dealership on line and, made an apointment to view the car. I recieved an e-mail the next morning inwich I responde I checked out used cars at this dealership on line and, made an apointment to view the car. I recieved an e-mail the next morning inwich I responded by calling Ken Sweet, he said the car that I was interested in, was sold but, there wer others and listened to what I wanted. When I went there, I explained about my credit history first not to waste their time.Ken asked a few ? and we proceded in to fill out an app. It took a bit.Then Ray Larette aproached me and explained to me very what he was going to do. When Ray came back to me, he & Ken explained that it would be easyer to get a loan for a newer car with less mileage because of my credit history. so I agreed and Ken found a 2010 Hyundie Elantra and let take it out for test drive by myself. By the time i came back Ken came out of Ray's ofice to congadulate me that a loan was accepted. Ray explained the loan agrement very well before I signed anything and, aswered my questions very well. Ken Sweet was my internet sales person, as i had started my search for a newer pre powned car online. He promptly contacted me via email the very next day (id done my search after dealer hours the night bef my search for a newer pre powned car online. Ken is very low key, laid back, non pressure. We emailed back and forth via our smart phones and by end of the day i called my credit union to set up financing. Ken wasn't pushy with reccomending i try one of thier financing opntions as most many dealers have done during my shoping in past. When i informed him i had my own financing source he said "Oh ok that's great. Give me thier fax number and i'll send your buyers order over." He also didn't push me for one of thier extended service contracts as many dealers have done in past. I bought that also through my credit union. Again, no pressure. We closed the deal in simple old school fashion. I asked for a couple of things to be addressed on the vehicle and he was happy to take me to the service department to make an appointment for the items to be addressed. Service advisor Sharon Crossman was great helping me with my appointment and gave me the shuttle drivers number to arrange for a ride when it was time to pick up my car. In closing, if all dealer ships treated thier customers like this,,,the world of buying a car wouldnt have the stigma it has had in past twenty years or so. ROWE FORD HUYNDIA IS AWESOME!! More
My wife and I went to Rowe Hyundai to look for our second sonata. It was a saturday night and the car dealership had just closed. Jason was on his way home when he saw us looking at a car. Cyndy was out the door of the dealership to greet me beforeas soon as I got out of my car. I knew exactly what I was looking for and she made the process of purchasing this vehicle very easy for us. I was introduced to the sales manager and said I would return with my husband to make sure he was comfortable in the vehicle. Cyndy followed up with a phone call to confirm the time of our arrival and also to make sure she was available to close the deal. Because of special circumstances we asked to pick up the vehicle sooner than anticipated and Rowe put forth the extra effort to make sure it was ready on time. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Cyndy and this dealership and will certianly consider returning for a future purchase. More

This was one of the easiest dealerships I have worked with. I did my research knowing what I wanted to pay and what my trade-in was worth. No typical dealership haggling which was nice. Ken Sweet was great and got me in and out as quickly as possible. I started out at Prime, offered me 2000 below book on my trade in and that was not what I wanted. The sales manager basically told me I would not get what I wanted so I would be better off to keep my current car and I walked out. I will not go back there again. I would recommend Rowe over Prime as Rowe treated me very well in the sale of my new Hyundai and I got a good price on my trade in. More
