Both Ray and Ken went above and beyond what we expected to get us into the car of our collective dreams. The length of time that we spent there was a little excessive but overall Will is a good sales person. atmosphere was nice. other staff were very kind. The salespeople I dealt were as professional and friendly as they come. I have spent some years working in the sales/customer service industry and I saw this the moment I walked in. I had used the USAA car b as they come. I have spent some years working in the sales/customer service industry and I saw this the moment I walked in. I had used the USAA car buying service to locate a dealer while I was visiting my sister in Maine. I live in Northern Virginia where everything costs more as it is a recession-proof area due to high incomes generated by the Federal Gov't. Ken Sweet worked to get the vehicle I would be happy with. Since I am not one of those Northern Virginia high income people , I had only so much $$ to work with. I discovered through the process ( just a few days) what I really wanted and Ken did not hesitate to see it through as I changed my mind about some ' must haves ' as well as stuck with other choices I could not live without. He was very patient and accommodating in my search for my first new car ! When he did locate a vehicle for me, since my time in Maine was short, we talked over the phone and gave me a price ( a bottom line number) . Though when I did come in to make the purchase, the price ( bottom line number) was not what we discussed on the previous phone call. There was a + $2,000 difference from the bottom line we discussed and I was to get a Ford incentive discount of $2,000. So somehow, even after explanation and trying to work the numbers and understanding there are all the additional fees associated, the car must have been more that he realized when we talked over the phone and I did pay more than I expected. Nonetheless,the two Rowe Ford employees did a great job of making my first car buying experience a very good one overall. Thanks for all your hard work guys ! More
Very, Very Friendly dealership. My experience was NOT one of feeling pressured into purchasing a vehicle, my kids were welcomed into the showroom and acknowledged. I revisited several times before I made my purchased and was not bothered with phone calls or emails. It was an enjoyable experience and they were very reasonable. Jason Burns, Mike Jeffers, and Ray Lerette were all great to work with and made it a very fun experience for me, and purchasing a car is not something I truly enjoy. Great experience working with Peter Raymond on the purchase of our new Fiesta. Peter definitely knew the vehicles we looked at, was personable and friendly, and generally made the experience somethin purchase of our new Fiesta. Rowe had the exact vehicle I was looking for - on their lot and ready to test drive. The rest is History. I was able to purchase my car (2013 Santa Fe) with the payment I needed. We truly had the most wonderful experience at Rowe and have already begun to tell our family & friend. I was looking for a used Impala and found two here at Rowe Ford. Ken Sweet contacted me via e-mail and he made arrangements for me to take a test ride.
