Back in September of '21, I wasn't looking to change my vehicle. I met a young man, Spencer Grinnell, and somehow I was leasing a '22 Hyundai Santa Fe. I found him to be so personable, knowledgeable, and vehicle. I met a young man, Spencer Grinnell, and somehow I was leasing a '22 Hyundai Santa Fe. I found him to be so personable, knowledgeable, and especially important was if he didn't know an answer, he got an answer. And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention here that I've had follow up questions, he's always responded. Just recently I had a frustration with not being able to start my car from my iPhone. He called me in the evening, walked me through what he was doing to address that. I really can say this young man should be the poster man for 'best practices.' I don't know about anybody else, but when I've got a problem that I can not figure out myself, it's nice to know there's someone at the end of the phone line OR I've gone in person and he's walked me through some of the features I was curious about. It's really great to be able to speak positively about a car buying or leasing experience. So thanks, Spencer!!
