Was shopping the web for a used car and emailed Rowe re a Hyundai on their lot. William contacted me and over about a weeks time, he had suggested several cars that might meet my criteria. Even though the car fax on our vehicle disclosed an accident that we were unaware of, he was able to give us a more than fare trade in, We will look to Rowe ford in the future when buying a new car thanks to the service we received from Ken. Very enjoyable sales experience on all levels! Wanted to test drive / purchase a Hyundai Elantra GT (base model). Very hard to find in Maine at the time. Salesman Will Valle showed us the only model on the test drive / purchase a Hyundai Elantra GT (base model). Very hard to find in Maine at the time. Salesman Will Valle showed us the only model on the lot, which had the sports package (and therefore put us out of our budget). Loved the car, and Will found a base model at a dealer to the south, to keep us within budget. But that vehicle was not an acceptible color, etc. for us. We said we would just wait until one came into Rowe, as we werent in a hurry to buy. He then (along with the manager and finance manager) worked with us over two days (allowed me some time to restructure our financial platform a bit) to make the sport model EXTREMELY affordable. They bent over backwards to close the deal and accommodate us, in the most professional and reasonable way. It was a very fair price, with minimal pressure, no games, no gimmicks, no typical annoying tactics one usually expects when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Rowe Hyundai in Westbrook (and salesperson Will Valle in particular) for a pleasant and respectful car purchasing experience. Further, we intend to purchase another Hyundai in the near future, and will not hesitate to return to this dealer for a repeat experience. Kudos to the team at Rowe Hyundai! More
