Just like to take this time to thank Jim Mathews giving us different options. We were working with Rowe and another area dealer. Jim got our business because he came back at us with options. He had a couple that had a dollar figure they did not want to go over and a very good car that we had already paid off. The only way we would purchase a vehicle would be because it had the options we wanted or could live with and at a price we were willing to accept. Not an easy job for a salesman. jim kept giving us options we could think about. In the end we purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe and, I believe, at a very good price. Thanks Jim. As for reliability- let's see how it does. You can not beat the warranty. Best Roger More
Cindy was great to work with. Though she wanted to close the sale and made efforts to do so she was understanding enough to work within my timeframe. I would definitely recommend Rowe over the other dealerships for their flexibility and friendliness. More

After much research on the internet, we kept coming back to the Website of Rowe Ford. We also visited another dealership and felt very unhappy with the sales person. Again we came back to Rowe Ford on the internet so we felt we should check it out. Our experience has been the best ever in choosing a used car. We are in our "50's" therefore, we are not novice to purchasing a car. Gerry was pleasant, patience, and very calming in speaking with us. Never have we been this comfortable looking for a car. The rest of the sales and finance staff were equally as pleasant. Would be go back to Rowe Ford in the future (if and when needed)? Absolutely! More
I visited the Westbrook lot on Wednesday, June, 05th, 2013 at 03:45pm to look at a brand new 2013 Ford Fusion. When I arrived the lot was a mess, I had to drive around for at least 5 minutes to find a p 2013 at 03:45pm to look at a brand new 2013 Ford Fusion. When I arrived the lot was a mess, I had to drive around for at least 5 minutes to find a parking spot. After I finally found a parking spot, I got out of my vehicle which was parked right next to the sales office (trailer) and proceeded to walk towards the white, gray, green and black fusions. I was hoping a salesperson would come out within 2 or 3 minutes to greet me, however they did not. After about 10 minutes of still walking around those 4 cars a salesperson still did not come out and say hello or to see if they could help me. I thought to myself.... "maybe they are busy with other customers".... so I continued to look at the fusions hoping someone would eventually come out and help me. After 12 minutes I finally saw a salesperson who made eye contact with me but proceeded to walk right past me without even saying hello or even acknowledging my presence. I was very frustrated at this point, so I continued to look at the black 2013 Ford Fusion hoping that someone in the showroom would come out and help me or even attempt to say hello, however no one did. Finally about 20 minutes went by and I decided that no one obviously wanted my business so I started to walk back to my car to leave this horrible dealership and move onto the next one. As I was walking back to my car I noticed that a salesperson was in the window watching me the entire time! I highly recommend anyone and everyone who is looking or is in the market for a new vehicle to not ever visit Rowe Ford located in Westbrook, Maine!! These salespeople obviously are not here for the customers and apparently have not been trained in customer service. I have NEVER had an experience like this one and I will never go to this dealership again. It really is a shame tho, because I was all ready to buy that brand new fusion with my exceptional credit and a HUGE downpayment! They lost out on a very high value customer. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!! More
I had a 2.5 hour drive to get to this dealership, and I must say it was worth every minute. I drove up with a particular car in mind and they happened to have it and Cyndy was Superb! The experience went super smooth, I had a trade and it took some serious bartering to get my exact value to where I was happy, but between the finance department and the Sales staff I felt like I was always in great hands. The car had a carfax and all the info was super easy to find, and every part was explained quiet well. The end result was just what I wanted and it was handled in a FRIENDLY and comfortable atmosphere. it hard to replace the feeling you get working with a person who is understanding and real. This dealership will always be top notch in my book! Thanks to everyone and I hope they stick around!!! thanks for everything, I love my new car! More
Fantastic, Jason greeted me & asked me what I was interested in, asked me immediately if I wanted to test drive the car, which I did. We talked price, told him I would not buy until I drove it at nig interested in, asked me immediately if I wanted to test drive the car, which I did. I am older & I wanted really good lights, he was going home but offered to stay & I told him no I could test drive with someone else. I kept teasing him that he was a typical salesman, extremely out going, just great. I am here to tell you Hyundai was on my list but at the bottom, Toyota, Honda,Subaru & Nissan, but I went down to Saco where all the car dealers are, the toyota salesman walked me around the building and way in back (now half way there I asked him how much further because I had a soft cast on my foot & he said not far HA!) so I liked the car & asked him for keys to sit in it & hopefully test drive it & he did NOT have them & did NOT offer to go get them & because I had told him what I was willing to spend ( which it was in my price range) but he didn't think I could get them to go down some & told me to go on line & I would get a better price & he gave me the name of a salesman at Subaru & I went there & he told me they had nothing in my price range I was there less than 5 min. After I left Jason in the afternoon I went & test drove Nissan's, I had learned my lesson from Saco & just told him the 2 I wanted to test drive & drove them & then asked what the best deal I could get was, I was not happy with it asked them if they could do better, they said no so I informed them that I was buy the Accent, when they asked why I told them not much different in price & Accent had a better warranty & was a 2013 & Left! Went back to Rowe test drove in the dark, great headlights. Of all the salesmen I talked to Jason was the only one who seemed to take me seriously, He is extremely outgoing, sat me in the car immediately showed me everything & off we drove & I went back the next day & bought it & Rowe can thank Jason for that!!
