Jason is one of a kind- friendly, personable, and extremely knowledgeable regarding the myriad of vehicles for sale at Rowe. He has the great ability to listen and hear what his customers are considering and does not attempt to sway/pressure or "fast talk". Jason is the type of sales rep that we thoroughly enjoy working with. He has sold us two vehicles from Rowe over the last 5 years and both experiences have been nothing short of wonderful. Not everyone would consider the experience of purchasing a vehicle wonderful for a plethora of reason with one of the main ones can be an unpleasant experience with their sales rep. Not so with Jason - he is a truthful, sincere individual and he brings that to his position with Rowe Ford. Wally Camp and Rowe Ford are truly fortunate to have a sales rep of Jason Burns' caliber working on behalf of the dealership. More
Great people to deal with. I started looking at the Hyundia Sonata then the Kia Optama and finally looked at the lincoln MKZ. I drove all three and decided on the Lincoln. He never once pushed us or tried to talk us out of what we came to Rowe to do. In the past, this was not our experience at this dealership. Brian worked with us which made this difficult transition for us a little easier. We rated the price "good" only because we think our F-150 was worth more than what we were offered. This should not reflect solely on Brian. We are aware of the fact that he could only do so much for us when it came down to the bottom line. More

There was absolutely no hassle. They honored the low price, didn't try to encourage me to buy a fancier, more expensive model but did explain the features available in the base model I was interested in. The sales representatives were friendly and organized information with my insurance company during the day so I could be ready to drive it home when it arrived. My sales representative obviously enjoyed her job and spent time getting to know me as a person, not just a new car buyer. Plus they all love dogs and that's got to tell you something right there. More

My husband and I were looking for something that was used and within our budget, but were concerned about the whole buying process. William was exceptional! He helped explain and answer all of our questions, and was patient and not pushy at all. We liked that especially since we had gone in expecting to be hassled by nagging sales guys. Will was honest and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. With the long wait for credit approval, it didn't go unnoticed. We couldn't have asked for better service.
