Salesman went above and beyond!! My husband and I went to Rowe Ford in search of a good used car, after searching on-line and visiting another dealership. We were met by Mark first and I am not sure of his last name but he was very nice. He introduced us to Jim Mathews. After a "day at the dealership" we drove out of there with an incredible suv vehicle...so happy! Jim worked very hard to find us something we would be happy with and went above and beyond to accommodate us! Wonderful! Most of all, he was pleasantly un-pushy and really let us take our time to find the right car at the right price. Ray in financing was great too. We left that afternoon with a great car at a fantastic price (and several hot chocolates in our bellies!), and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Ray was very honest and straight forward when it came to the financial side of my purchase. I feel very comfortable with the price and the extended warranty I choose to purchase. Ray is a solid individual and very knowledgeable of what direction needs to taken for each of his customers. J-Dawg! I was looking for a new car online and had clicked on a few models to see what the price quote would be. Next thing I knew I was getting calls and em I was looking for a new car online and had clicked on a few models to see what the price quote would be. Next thing I knew I was getting calls and emails from several dealerships. Eventually I connected with Jason, and that was all it took. He immediately made me feel like he cared about more than just selling a car. I felt that he really wanted me to feel comfortable with our negotiations, that I was happy with the vehicle we were discussing, and that I could ask him anything. We exchanged many emails over the course of the week, and he was always prompt and courteous. He also patiently tolerated my quirky sense of humor. After we met, it was smooth sailing... he was just as friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and patient in person. My 20-year old son really liked him, too, and promptly tracked him down on social media. We LOVE the car I purchased from Jason, and the next time I go car shopping I will start with him! More
