Rowe Ford in Westbrook, Maine was just what I needed. I went to test drive a truck and when I got there I talked with Lou who is a salesman. When I was undecided we talked about my options and in the end I went to test drive a truck and when I got there I talked with Lou who is a salesman. I'm super impressed with the knowledge Lou had about the vehicles and Rowe Ford went above and beyond to get me into that SUV. 5 Stars from me and highly recommend Rowe Ford!! More

We have been searching for a used Ford truck F-150, preferably a Lariat, one that may have just come off lease. We have searched online and gone to view/test drive at numerous local and not so local d preferably a Lariat, one that may have just come off lease. We have searched online and gone to view/test drive at numerous local and not so local dealerships. Recently we found a Lariat online at Rowe’s that we wanted to see along with a King Ranch that truly caught my husband’s eye when viewing online. We met with a very knowledgeable and personable salesperson, Daniel Otieno. Although the Lariat was no longer available, the King Ranch was and Daniel kindly proceeded to get the vehicle ready (cooled down due to the high temps we were experiencing) for a test drive. Daniel pointed out many of the various options included in this model to make certain we became acquainted more quickly with this vehicle. Unfortunately, we both felt it was simply too large (especially for me) and sadly for Daniel, no sale was made. Subsequently, we found and purchased a vehicle in NH. However, we both feel that Daniel was the most effective sales person we have dealt with during our quest for our new vehicle. I found that he was the only one that truly knows his products inside and out and clearly explains the differences in the options— this is vitally important to me. It seems that sales personnel of his caliber are few and far between - Why is this? I tend to have little patience with sales people who cannot answer reasonable questions. Thus, I am pleased to write this review of Daniel Otieno, a top quality sales professional, and hope one day to seek him out for a future sale. Good luck to you Daniel and keep up the good work! More

I sometimes have to stim (hand flapping, strange mouth noises, rocking, repeating words that are in my head) and while I am extremely intelligent, it takes me a lot of time to process information and I have a hard time thinking under pressure. I say all of this because I was blown away by the service I received at Rowe Ford. I was not pressured, I was not looked at strangely by ANY of the staff, they worked with my inability to talk on the phone, they explained everything that I needed explained, Seth took my incessant questions like a champ and was very professional and helpful before I even came in, and during the purchase Liz was even sweet enough to warn me about the loud printer before she fired it up. I love my car and I can't express enough how wonderful they were. It's not often that I get to just be myself and still be treated with respect and dignity as a full grown adult. Thank you Rowe Ford. From the initial contact about the Elantra’s availability to the pickup of the car, the service from Seth and Matt at Rowe was exceptional. Although located over 100 miles away from where we live the dealers to the pickup of the car, the service from Seth and Matt at Rowe was exceptional. They sell at the cost of the car with none of these price gouging gimmicks (market adjustment fees) most other Hyundai dealers in New England charge. They made the buying process simple and easy. Seth provided great service at pickup from getting the car integrated into our Hyundai app account to going through all the features and functions of the car This is the second Hyundai purchased in the last year. Their cars quality, features and price make it an exceptional buy compared to other manufacturers who have less features for more money. More
